The drop-it cue
Every good dog knows “drop it” — the cue that means this one isn’t for us, let it go, no hard feelings. Shopping needs the same cue, and here’s how it works when a Zenly Paws tool isn’t the fit you hoped.
The window — orders follow Amazon’s standard policy: most items can go back within 30 days of delivery, and the exact terms for your order sit in Your Orders next to the item. Since Amazon handled your checkout, they handle the return — this site can cheer you on but can’t press the buttons.
How to say it — Your Orders → the item → Return or replace. Pick a reason, pick a drop-off — usually a label to print or a no-box QR code at a counter near you — and hand the parcel over. Refunds head back to the original payment once the return scans in, typically within a few days.
One honest tip before the cue — if the toy’s pad went smooth, that’s not a defect; that’s a pad doing its four-to-five-month tour of duty, and an 8-pack of refills is cheaper than the postage. But if a board arrived cracked or a drawer won’t slide, Amazon’s damaged-item flow replaces it quickly — no guilt, no growling.
